By enrolling in classes with CB Sew Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that sewing classes involve the use of equipment including, but not limited to, sewing machines, scissors, needles, irons, and other tools. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including minor injuries such as cuts, burns, punctures, or finger injury from machinery.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless CB Sew Academy, its owner, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, damage, or loss sustained during or as a result of participation in classes.

3. Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the instructor. I understand that failure to follow instructions may increase risk of injury.

4. Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in sewing classes. Any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations have been disclosed prior to participation.

5. Minors
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

6. No Guarantee of Results
While instruction will be provided, results may vary based on individual skill, effort, and practice.

7. Payments & Refund Policy
All class payments are non-refundable once the course has begun. Missed classes are not guaranteed to be made up unless otherwise stated.
